The issue is the same even if WP Rocket is not activated.

Basilis is right, so please go into your caching plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Then deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Update to Enfold v3.4.7.

If you read my message I said : The cache plugin has been disable So WP Rocket is not compressing anything.
Did you go and logged into the site I gave you access?And Then deactivate this and all other plugins is just not possible, as I said, it’s a multisite site with 10 oters websites online: imagine if I disable all the plugins…

as already said: You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.4.7 and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

AndyOk… as I can not upgrade this site because it’s a production site, I give you acces to a new one,
It’s a Worpress 4.4 – Enfold 3.4.7 – no cache plugin – and just WPML installed, that’all.
Just wait one or two seconds and you will see the slider trying to start himself.

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

I have done what you said, completly remove Enfold folder and reupload a new one (just downloaded from my Themeforest acount), and it still do not works :

but i think when you customize it something has gone wrong please use this quick css

ThanksThe fix you give, just hide the loading icon in Firefox, but not prevent the Featured image slider to start displaying other stuff on Chrome and Safari.

I’m talking, since the start of this post of Advance Layout builder > Medias > FEATURED IMAGE SLIDER…
I have update the same page with this new feature, under you simple Easy slider.
The Featured image slider is set to not start automatically but it does.

I figured out that it happens only when you choose category > personal (I have added custom css and fixed this.) for every thing else it works fine.Cheers!

Thank you for the info. We have reported the issue to Kriesi and it is going to be fixed on the next update. For now, please edit the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcode > slideshow_feature_image.php then replace everything with this code: http://pastebin.com/W2d6NqSj
Reset the Slideshow Transition > Autorotation options before testing the page.
