Hi Enfold
Love your theme, but since changing it my posts are coming up weird as a default, no problem when I do it manually trough the page… But I have a plugin called UsersUltra (social plugin) and now when I make a post trough my UsersUltra profile on my website, it comes up perfectly on the page, but when you press the post to see more, it only shows part of the picture. I really need to fix this, as it wasn’t doing that before enfold, so it must be a theme/plugin issue…
But I LOVE Enfold and I really don’t wanna have to change themes again, so I’m hoping you can help me out, as this is the key feature for my website.
Also it is possible to choose more than one photo when making a post trough ones users ultra profile, but it’s only showing one on the blogpost (again, it didn’t do this before enfold) (I guess if need be I can live with this one, but still, I’m hoping it can be fixed:-))
I know I’m asking a lot, but I’ve tried everything I could think of to work this out myself, now I really need help:)
Kind Regards
Olga
November 28, 2015 at 5:56 pm #543965Hi olga76!
I see the posts on your homepage but I’m not sure I understand what the problem is. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do?

ElliottNovember 28, 2015 at 8:40 pm #543998Hi Elliott
I don’t see and option to attach photos here ?
Try looking at my last two posts in the blog, I’ve written the problem on them to make it easier for you to see the issue:-)
Kind Regards
Olga
November 28, 2015 at 9:19 pm #544008… I also just noticed that the text is aligning to the left outside of the photos on the pages, why is that and how do I fix it? everything is aligned underneath each other in the builder, so it shouldn’t be possible.
Thank you for your help:-)
Kind Regards
Olga
November 29, 2015 at 8:35 am #544088Hi Olga,
Please upload a screenshot of the problem to a service like imgur.com or a public dropbox folder and then link to it here so that we can see exactly what you mean.

RikardNovember 30, 2015 at 4:57 am #544274Hi Rikard
Ok, here are some screnshorts in a dropbox folder, as you can see, no matter what setting I choose for single blogpost, when you click on a post it never shows the full picture when the post is posted trough a user profile from my plugin UsersUltra on my website.
It doesn’t matter if I choose thumbnail or big it still cuts the picture, just either cuts it in a bigger version, or in smaller version, but never shows the entire picture when you click on the post. All I want is for it to keep showing the entire picture, all the time, I never want a cut version.
This is a problem that’s only just come up after I changed to Enfold, so I’m thinking it must be possible to fix it, maybe some costume css code somewhere or?
You also have my login credential in this tread.
thank you:)
Kind Regards
Olga
November 30, 2015 at 11:24 pm #544879Hi Rikard
Have you had a chance to look at the problem? because I’m at the breaking point now, I need to keep moving and if I can’t solve this problem, then I need to change themes and give up on Enfold… Trust me, I don’t want, I’m almost done with my website, but how the blog posts are showing is extremely essential.
As you can see it cuts my photos no matter what option I’m choosing in set up, big or small, still cuts it in the post so that you have to click on the photo to see the entire photo. Also it only shows one photo, which I guess I can live with, but still, it should show all the photos in the post.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
Olga
December 1, 2015 at 12:06 am #544906Hi Again
I finally fixed the image size, so now it’s showing the full picture inside the post also:-) I found an old tread where you had suggested rewriting the code in the index file and gave it shot and it worked:-) can’t believe it, so happy.-)
BUT… It’s still only showing 1 picture from the post when posting trough the user profile on the page, even though more is chosen when making the post, how can we fix this? is that also some css we need to re-write or?
Thank you:-)

December 3, 2015 at 11:20 pm #546738Hey!
I logged in but could not find the post in question, to see what’s going on. Can you provide us a precise link please? try to deactivate all plugins to find out which one is causing this issue. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves for testing purposes?
Best regards,
AndyDecember 3, 2015 at 11:29 pm #546743Hi Andy
A link is tricky since it’s happening when a user makes a post trough their user profile on my website (plugin users ultra)
I’m very new at this (I still haven’t figured out how I’m gonna back up my wordpress/website) I’m not sure what the consequence will be from you deactivating my plugins, do I have to start over setting them up again after or?
If you log in with my credentials and then choose my profile under members area on the website and make a new post where you upload more than one photo, then you will see the issue when you look at the blackboard (thats where the posts go)
Thnaks again:)

As you can see from the screenshot, I’m choosing to include 3 photos in my post, but only 1 shows up in the post… (see attached dropbox folder)
Thank you:)

December 8, 2015 at 2:16 am #548467Hey!
So the issue is with Visual Composer then. I’ve never used that plugin but it seems to be working fine. I added an image element with it and saved the post and all three images are displaying.
If you do not like how the featured image displays at the top of the post then make sure the “Don’t display image on single post” option is checked when you set it.

ElliottDecember 8, 2015 at 2:21 am #548468HI Elliot
I’m not using visual composer, I don’t like it and the problem was there also before I bought it… I think you are misunderstanding the problem… I know that it’s working trough my wordpress dashboard, I’m talking about my members, when they post trough their profiles, try clicking on jewellers and you can see a profile… in ones profile its possible to make a post that goes straight op on the artist blackboard… and its working, except that it’s only including 1 photo in a post, can we fix this?
Thanks:)

December 9, 2015 at 5:04 am #549456Hi!
I visited the link you provided here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/help-with-blogpost-layout-please/#post-548169.
If that’s not where the problem is then send us a link to the exact post that is having the issue and take some screenshot showing how to replicate the problem so we can get a better idea.
Have you contacted the plugin author yet? Please note that we do not support third party plugins but we try and help as much as we can.

ElliottDecember 9, 2015 at 5:12 am #549464There are screen shots in my first message here and it’s ALL the posts made trough the user profiles, not just one… and yes, I have contacted the plugin author, they say it’s my theme that’s not allowing more than one photo to be included in the posts.
would it maybe help if I make a video of my screen when I try to do it, so that you can see what’s happening? I can link to it on vimeo?
let me know and I’ll make one asap, thanks:)
Olga
December 13, 2015 at 11:37 pm #551840Hi!
I’m not sure if we are going to be able to help you out with this plugin but yes you can try making a screencast of the issue so we can take a look. I haven’t been able to find any of the posts in your screenshots after I login.

Elliott -
