    Hello,

    I have trouble with the team feature which does not display correctly on all old pages (image and bio not showing) – could you please help?

    Hey Fiorilla!

    Your getting 403 forbidden errors on the images. Also, I noticed the URLs were surrounded with single quotes which is weird. Try deleting the team elements on that page and add them again but make sure to re upload the images instead of just picking them from your media library.

    hi Elliott,

    I have tried creating a new team member and reuploading a new picture (you can see it at the bottom of the page) – but it just shows the same way. Is there anything else I can try? These are pages that functioned perfectly for two years, and I had not changed anything. I have the same problem on all pages that use the team member feature…

    Hi!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having trouble after doing the above two steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

    Thanks Elliott. This sounds like some very heavy maintenance. This is a professional website and I would not risk deleting and reinstalling everything, especially since I have made some CSS changes and would like to be sure to get everything back as it was…

    Hi!

    Well I’m not sure what it could be other than a customization. Not really sure what else to tell you. It would probably be best to hire a freelancer out if you do not want to upload a fresh copy of the theme or deactivate plugins.
