Please see – http://justcreative.com/2013/01/22/how-to-use-custom-fonts-with-font-face-on-wordpress/. After installing the font family, you can simply go to Enfold theme options, change the language to Arabic and then add custom CSS code to display this selected font on Arabic version of your site
