November 17, 2015 at 6:25 pm #537548Hi Michael!
It says your still using Enfold version 2.4.2. Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Also make sure that you deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,
ElliottNovember 17, 2015 at 6:55 pm #537578Hi Elliot,

November 23, 2015 at 6:05 pm #541069Hey!
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.If that does not help, please post FTP credentials here privately as well so we can investigate further.

YigitNovember 24, 2015 at 8:30 pm #541911Hey Yigit, i cant get a hold of the person who is in charge of this. It’s quiet an urgent case, as it is a website about an international surf competition and the last days the next event got announced, that means we have plenty of visitors right now.
Can you help? i added the ftp information. THANK YOU!November 30, 2015 at 6:32 pm #544706Hey!
could you increase php memory limit already? I checked your website but you are using a different theme now. We need to be able to see the issue, so please send us a link where we can inspect the elements in question.
Best regards,
AndyDecember 29, 2015 at 10:03 pm #558239Hey Andy,
we host the website now on a bigger server but still there are no changes.
yes now i use another theme because thats the only one that works! All other templates are not working.
i tried to delete and upload the enfold theme again on ftp but no changes.
i cant change the website now to enfold again and wait for response, as the website will look very ugly then ;).
I added the personal information already earlier in this thread. Can you try to access to check where the problem is?Thank you!
January 4, 2016 at 4:37 am #558986Hey!
We got a lot of 404 file errors when we activated the theme. Ask your hosting provider to make sure that the file permissions are correct. Please download the theme from your themeforest account then try to update the theme again, this time via FTP. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
Cheers!
