No matter what I’m trying to do within the Enfold interface (within WordPress), I get the “Saving Didn’t Work…” message. Whether I’m trying to enter my social media links, add an API key, whatever… I get this blasted message.
UPDATE: After 30mins on the phone with BlueHost tech support, they said they’re seeing an error (on their side) begin thrown any time I try to click something… whether it’s on the WordPress menu, or within the Enfold them’s menu. That error is:
Sat Nov 14 12:01:52 2015] [error] [client 5.196.72.207] Failed loading /usr/php/54/usr/lib64/php/modules/ZendGuardLoader.so: /usr/php/54/usr/lib64/php/modules/ZendGuardLoader.so: undefined symbol: zend_new_interned_string, referer: http://guitaranswerguy.com/
They were able to manually get me up-and-running (I can actually do stuff again), but they said it continues to throw errors as I’m working.
Thoughts? Theories?
I’ve attached screenshots of just 3 tasks, but this was happening on literally everything I tried to do.

So everything is working now but your still getting the error? It seems like it is a problem with the server. Perhaps it has something to do with the AJAX requests. It would be something to ask your hosting provider about. I’m pretty sure it will happen for other themes your using also.

ElliottNovember 17, 2015 at 4:33 am #537068It’s working again on my side (I can now edit/save/update/etc), but the BlueHost support rep I was on the phone with said he still sees the error (the one I pasted above) every time I make an update using the Enfold UI.
As long as I’m able to do what I need to do, I don’t care, but he said it may eventually get to a point where I’ll have to call them again, and repeat whatever process we went through the 1st time.
Sorry for the vague language, I actually have no idea what they did on their side, nor was he able to explain it to me. He just said something about it not being a permanent fix.
