    Hi,

    Based on what I’m reading on Themeforest, it would seem that I would be cut off from support here on this forum once my time is up. Is this support only through the “comments section” in themeforest? Can you provide clarification?

    The reason I’m asking this is because every time you guys or any other author makes a change to their theme/plugin there are bound to be issues.

    Hey slui!

    it depends on Envato/Themeforest. If they allow us to offer free support forever we will probably do so. If not then we can’t do much but stick to their 6 month rule. Kriesi is still investigating about it with them.

    Are you telling me that your own support forum is bound by Envato/Themeforest? Why wouldn’t you be able to offer your own support on on-going basis?

    This sounds like a money grab from Envato/Themeforest. :(

    Hi,

    We’re still not sure what the rules will be since we have gotten conflicting information from Themeforest. But if they made it a rule then we would have to follow it since we sell exclusively on Themeforest.
