    New to Enfold. Some media files upload fine, others do not. When reverting to the default theme, problematic files upload OK.

    I just updated the Enfold theme this morning.

    Suggestions? Thanks

    Hi nancyT!

    Hmm, perhaps it’s a server limitation. Try turning on WordPress debugging and check your server error logs for any useful information. You probably need to increase your memory.

    Make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.4.1, and deactivate all plugins while testing.

    If its a server limitation, why would it work OK with the default theme?

    Enfold version 3.4.2, plugins disabled. Same troubles.

    PS. Deleting some large files and trying agin with more success. If I hit another snag I’ll add to this post. Thanks!

    Hi!

    Enfold uses a bit more memory than the default theme. Go ahead and do what I suggested in my first post so we can try and troubleshoot the problem.
