In the webshop i am working in the dropdown of the shopping cart there is nothing displayed. No product, no text. Even though there are items in the shopping cart.
I already tried with all the plugins disabled and functions in the functions.php file removed.
Anybody who can see what is happening?
November 11, 2015 at 5:27 pm #534230Hi AukeJomm!
Let’s try the following first.
1. Deactivate all plugins except the base Woocommerce plugin.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having trouble after doing the above two steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,

You modified the shop loop template in the child theme. What happens if you disable those files temporarily? Remove browser cache then reload the page.
Cheers!

refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
Try to completely delete WooCommerce plugin and reinstall it.
Can you provide us a precise link where we can see the issue please?
Cheers!
AndyDecember 4, 2015 at 2:26 pm #547009You have access to the administration part of the site.
So you should be able to see the issue..December 7, 2015 at 9:07 pm #548288Hey!
try to activate a default WordPress theme and tell us if you get the same result with it or not.
Best regards,
AndyDecember 8, 2015 at 10:35 am #548625Yes, it is the same for a woocommerce theme i have installed.

ElliottDecember 14, 2015 at 8:47 am #552016Thanks Elliot for letting me know.
I have found the issue, or better what is causing the problems with the shoppingcart widget.
It is a server setup issue. My server is setup with php fast cgi. This is causing the issue. When i change the server setup using mod php than every thing is working fine.I still am not sure why this is as it is.
Why is mod php working and php fast cgi not?It would mean that i should ru n mod php but that is a security risk.
Anny idea about this?!
December 16, 2015 at 2:48 pm #553691Hey!
I think php fast cgi is simply not supported.
Cheers!
