    I’ve tried our contact forms on a number of mobile phones but all with the same problem. Can you guys point me towards a solution?

    Pretty proud of the result though, the site’s looking good, thank you Enfold!

    Note there are contact forms on pretty much every page.

    Cheers Yigit, I just updated theme to 3.4 – testing again….

    OK so still doesn’t appear to be working on either of our android devices. Form Seems to submit OK, the form disappears but no “Sent” message appears. Anything else I can do to assist the troubleshooting?

    Which browser are you using?
    I unfortunately do not have an actual Android device to test your website. I will ask my teammates to check the thread.

    I’m going to try disabling the yahoo JS which seems to be causing an error on PC browser and see if this helps.

    Hi!

    I checked my htc android device and “Your message has been sent!” appears just fine after filling out the form on http://www.citypampers.co.uk. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    Had a few more tests come through from you guys, thanks :)

    So weird, still not working on anyone’s office phones. We are using….

    Chrome
    Android OnePlusOne with Chrome 46.0.2490.76
    Android Nexus 5 with Chrome 45.0.2454.94
    Android Nexus 4 with Chrome 45.0.2454.85

    We had a successful test using Android Nexus with Dolphin Browser

    Cleared browser cache across all Chromes and no difference.

    Is there any way to troubleshoot, normally I’d right click and inspect the POST data…

    If we can’t reproduce the issue, we can’t do much. Hard refresh a few times after clearing browser cache.

    Just a little update on this. The form still fails, we’ve also managed to replicate this problem on both an Asus and Samsung Chromebook. It’s really weird. Today we are finally going to replace the form with ninjaforms and see if we can make it look as nice as enfolds (and see if it resolves the problem).
