    Hi since the last update to Enfold I have been unable to insert any videos into my posts. I have tried using Media Element > Video and using the Advanced Layout Editor but the videos still do show, you can just see the YouTube or Vimeo code.

    This problem is with Post only, videos are shown on Pages

    Thanks in advance for any advice

    Hi davro08!

    Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.4.1, and deactivate all plugins while testing.

    If your still having trouble then send us a link to the page your using it on and a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Thanks for your prompt reply

    I am using Enfold 3.4.1 and I have tried it with all plains deactivated but still no luck. The only way I have been able to add a video to a Post is using the Advanced Layout Editor. I also have a problem editing my members dashboard page. At one stage I could edit it it by deactivating all the plugins but now even that doesn’t work

    Hi Elliott

    I have found the answer to the Post and adding a video problem. I had the front page Blog Posts set on Front page articles, changing it to different category works. Strange, why would that be?

    Yes it did solve the problems thanks

    I retraced the changes I’d made and came up with changing categories on the front page!
    Solved the problem with the Dashboard page as well by deleting it and starting again.

    All working now:)
