Hi,
When im trying to use Enfolds element “Form” on a website of mine, it does not send away any email sometimes. When it successfully sends away a email the confirmation appears, if not the form disappers and no message appears. I have attached a example of the problem.
My specs:
PHP v. 5.6.14
Enfold v. 3.3.2
Wordpress v. 4.3.1November 9, 2015 at 2:31 pm #532591Hi fristil!

Are you using any add-ons? If you are, please try disabling them and check if that helps.
Cheers!

YigitNovember 10, 2015 at 3:23 pm #533328Hey,
I have disabled all off my extensions on my browser and installed a fresh Worpress installation. The same error occurs.
It only occurs if i post the form twice. And on the first post i works but not the second.

November 25, 2015 at 5:18 am #542114Hi,
Yes, sent from Firefox on OSX, I used the form on: in private
If you are testing and sending empty emails or emails with very little text/banging the keyboard text your hosting provider might interpret that as spam and not send it at all.

RikardDecember 3, 2015 at 11:56 am #546352Hi we have tested all different scenarios and we have concluded that there is a bug i the form-element in Enfold, using Firefox on OSX.
We have tested these scenarios on multiple installations, and mulitple devices. The same error occurs. And everything works fine using any type of webrowers except Firefox. Please fix this problem asap.
Best regards

FristilDecember 7, 2015 at 10:54 am #547873Hi Pontus,
Thanks for letting us know, would you mind sharing your findings in greater detail so that we can have a look at it? I sent you a test email from Firefox on OSX and I couldn’t see any problems and you stated that you received the email.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 7, 2015 at 10:56 am #547875Hi,
The following error only occurs if you send more then one email at time. So first send one, then directly after send another one.December 8, 2015 at 5:07 am #548505 -
