    Hi,

    Please can you have a look at the product slider in enfold. we did the upgrade to the latest version and the patch release yesterday, we found a problem.

    The product slider seems to be acting very odd, please have a look http://www.retrofrocks.com at the bottom area of the page.

    Hi we have done this already. the only plugin that was active was woocommerce.

    We gave you account access to have a look, didn’t you login and see

    Hi,

    I did and you have 28 active plugins which suggests to me that there might be a conflict with a plugin. It’s impossible for us to know what type of testing you have done before. So, could you try to disable all plugins to see if there’s a conflict please?

    Hi

    As per my last message we have disabled all the plugins, we then tested it and got the same result.

    With all the plugins disabled the slider still didn’t work

    We also rebuilt the database, also re-installed Enfold and still got the same result.

    if you want it off i will have to change the funtction.php file

    I think i will do that now so you can have a good look

    I have removed the enties in the function.php, so it is the orginal version untouched function.php

    Now you can switch everthing off

    Hi

    Ive had to re-enable the plugins as it is a live site, i have also left the function.php as the orginal, so when you decide to look at it, just disable what you want.

    Hi, Please can you tell me what is happing to this problem, we have been waiting quite a while now, we had done everything you have asked for, you have a login and you can disable all the plugins and we have created a page for you to see it in action.

    If the Enfold theme is no longer supported by you guys then at least tell us.

    According to this site – http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/, your website is currently down. I have not logged in. I am trying to load test page and try to login now and keep getting “This webpage is not available”. Does it load fine on your end?

    I could only reproduce “items out of order” issue and you can see the problem here – http://i.imgur.com/AWKKc6l.png First list item should have “first” class and the last one should have “last” class but somehow last item shows up before all items.

    I added following code to functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

    YeeeHaaaa, seems to be working, is it a bug in the enfold theme? if so will it be put into a new update release.

    I see you ftp’ed an new release of enfold, so i added our bits to the functions.php and custom.css

    will have a closer look at the slider and put it on some other pages with other products and see what happens

    ps. the problem with the slider only doing one set of products seems to have gone away, will keep an eye on it

    when you look at the 4 slide along there is a product missing, is there a reason for this, as all other slider are full, apart from the very last slide

    It seems like you do not have enough products to display in the last slide. Can you please try adding 4 more products to the same category?
