Just updated to 3.4.1, and on Firefox Mac I am no longer seeing the full screen video on the home page play, the “down” arrow has a white background, and a color section with an image background is not displaying the image. I’ve gone in and checked all the elements – everything is fine. but they are not working.
The color section background image does not show in Safari or Chrome, either; however, on those, the video does play, and the “down” arrow is transparent.
What’s going on? Please see the link below and for the color section background issue, please scroll down to “hand cut pastrami”
November 8, 2015 at 2:40 pm #532058Hi charger70,
It’s looks ok on my end using Chrome, maybe you’re getting cached results? If not then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Regards,
RikardNovember 8, 2015 at 4:19 pm #532142well, as noted, the issue is not in chrome, but in Firefox (I’m on Mac).
problem is persisting – just checked it again.thanks for your help, rikard. please view in Firefox Mac and PC, if you can, to see if the problem exists for you. i’m on latest version of Firefox (42.0).
again, this is only after the major Enfold update; problem did not exist prior.
ALSO: the color section under “hand-cut pastrami” still will not show the background image since update, in ALL browsers. please check this as well. as said above, please scroll down on the page to this section. it’s white / blank.

November 8, 2015 at 4:29 pm #532146well this is crazy – even though i dump the cache on my browser each time, NOW it is working again!
however, the “down arrow” on the full screen video is not transparent on Firefox. my last lingering problem. any ideas on this? previously i had been giving this by Kriesi tech support to make the arrow YELLOW for enhanced visibility, but on FF now its transparency has gone away:
.scroll-down-link { color: yellow !important; font-size: 200px !important; }
thanks for your help.
November 8, 2015 at 8:36 pm #532234Hi!
That code works for you, or not? Have you tried it back again and it is not functioning properly?
Cheers!
BasilisNovember 9, 2015 at 5:33 pm #532780Well, and now it appears to be transparent. VERY STRANGE! and not cache-related, either, since i dump mine after each session.
The full-screen video playing is still a bit problematic – starts sometimes, other times, it doesn’t load. please click the link in private content to see if it starts up right away for you – it’s a vimeo pro hosted video so it comes down quickly.
November 10, 2015 at 11:12 am #533139Hi,
I’m pretty sure the problems you are seeing are cache related, the page looks like it did yesterday on my end; video is playing and the image in the color section is visible. Not sure what advice I could give you than to try clearing the cache again I’m afraid.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 10, 2015 at 4:22 pm #533391thank you, Rikard, for your help with this. i very much appreciate it and your time.
