Hi
I created the following page: http://www.herbalhealinginc.ca/gift-certificates
There is only two products to display, so I selected to display using two columns. This should easily fit with using the default sidebar layout and selecting the shop overview sidebar. However, it displays as if I selected 4 columns. I tried viewing on two different PCs, so I’m sure this is not a cache issue.

I have created this page: http://www.herbalhealinginc.ca/therapeutic-teas and it seems to display correctly using 4 columns.

Any idea why this is happening?

Are you using our product grid element in the layout builder? Send us a WordPress login so we can take a closer look.

Hi Elliott,
No, siimple text block using shortcodes. I also tried with the same shortcode with ALB and no change.
Login credentials are included.

Hi!

The theme doesn’t have the correct css modifications for the native woocommerce shortcodes. Please use the Product Grid shortcode.
