    Hello Yigit,

    We still have some troubles with using the CMS, now there is some strange issue with adding pictures or any other jquerry actions via page builder but also through classig editing moge. The button for adding media is not active, you click on it and there is no action…
    Would you be so kind and check what might be wrong there?
    I’d really appreciate your help

    Can you please try re-updating the theme and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    I get security error on chrome when i try to load your site.

    I did what you recomment, I have updated the theme but still can’t use media…
    I do not see any security allerts… do you still get it?
    Please let me know how to repair it becaouse we can not use the page at all withput being abble to add media :(
    Word press is also updated…

    Hi,

    I created a test post /kriesi-test, I had no problems adding images using the default editor or the Layout Builder. Please try to clear your browser cache and restart to see if that helps.

    Hi!

    layout seems to be fine for me on the link you have provided. Did you clear browser cache and hard refreshed afterwards?

    Yes, I did. The page still does not look like the demo :( Please look at the headers, slider, sidebar, breadcrumbs.. etc… All those elements are different and setting up them exactly as in the demo is crutial for me… Yould you be so kind and log innto see what is wrong with the import?

    We have (kind of) the same problem. We can not change/add images in the fullscreen slider in the layout builder. We already tried deactivating all of the installed plugins and even manually reinstalled the theme files but the problem persists. The error comes from the avia-media.js (line 107) -> “Uncaught TypeError: _.random is not a function”. Please check asap if you can find a solution. The customer for this website is already very impatient ;-)

    What demo are you trying to import? I tried logging in but the details don’t seem to work.


    @psahner    , I would have a look at the code you are using in the slider, it’s likely due to that:

    Hi Ricard
    It works, please try again…
    I wanted to use Minimal Porftolio this demo http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-minimal-portfolio/
    but after Demo Import I got this http://ledigital.nazwa.pl/website16/home/
    – different slider,
    – different headers
    – different page layouts
    – no portfolio post uploaded

    Something goes wrong with the import or your import files are missing…
    Please let me know. How to fix this import issue…

    There was a problem with the demo and it should have been fixed in the newest release from yesterday, 3.4.3, if you could try updating and importing again?
