Hello,
First of all, when I searched for ‘enfold support ticket’ I came on a demo site: http://demo.whmcsconnect.com/whmcs/submitticket.php. It took me a while to find out that is wasn’t the actual support website since it has your logo on it. Maybe you could do something about it to make it more clear it’s a demo site.
I’m testing a new website on https://schoolofmusic.nl/test/. I have two issues:
1 The breadcrumb path is not working properly on the portfolio pages. It should display the overview page of all portfolio categories but instead it displays pages that aren’t set as parent. an example: https://schoolofmusic.nl/test/cursussen/basgitaarles/. I use portfolio items for staff.2 The header image displays in the background on reloading the page. This image is used on top of the page but when I refresh in the middle of the page this image is displayed in the back. It disappears after scrolling. Maybe this has something to do with anchor links? https://schoolofmusic.nl/test/
Kind reqards,
Coen
November 3, 2015 at 3:59 pm #529367Hey Coendg!
are you using breadcrumbs from the theme settings or from any plugins (e.g. SEO plugin like Yoast)?
Cheers!
AndyNovember 3, 2015 at 4:42 pm #529444Hi, I checked Yoast but breadcrumbs aren’t enabled there.
November 4, 2015 at 3:18 pm #530064Hey!
Do you get the same result with your breadcrumbs when activating a default WordPress theme?
What happens if you use breadcrumbs from Yoast or any other (breadcrumb) plugin instead? I think there are plugins out there where you have much more options to customize your breadcrumbs.2.) Not sure what you mean and you background image is always showing for me. Can you highlight using screenshots what’s going on please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
Cheers!
AndyNovember 9, 2015 at 1:52 pm #532559Hi Andy,
When I turn it back to a default theme, it doesn’t support portfolio items so i cannot display it. Also switching the breadcrumbs function in Yoast on doesn’t make a difference. (Switching to another theme disabled my custom css so I had to use a backup to set it back, I already use a child theme but is there any way to prevent this from happening?)
I made an example as attachment. To reproduce the issue, make sure you’re on the /test site. Scroll down a bit and refresh the page.

November 13, 2015 at 4:01 pm #535471Hi!
Refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as “answered” and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
1. Go to Settings->Permalinks->Portfolio and make sure to have set correct settings there. If that does not help, then you would need to search any custom breadcrumb plugin, to achieve a function like you wish.
2. I can’t see any issue on your screenshot. And when I check your website I can’t see any issue with background image neither. Which browser and OS are you using? make sure to clear all caches and hard refresh a few times afterwards. Please make sure we can get clearly what you mean. Use at least two screenshots for comparisons.

AndyNovember 19, 2015 at 11:32 am #538879Hi Andy,
Thanks for the ‘bumping’ tip.
1. I believe I have set everything as it should be but the breadcrumbs portfolio categories are still displayed as if a normal page is the parent of all portfolio categories. This should be a normal function of the theme right? I can disable breadcrumbs or try to solve it with a plugin (which I tried but didn’t help so far) but I still believe the theme should be able to do this properly.
2. The header image-issue isn’t really clear to me either. Earlier it popped up on reload in the middle of the page every time but now it doesn’t. For now this is solved.
November 19, 2015 at 11:36 am #538883Hey!
1. Breadcrumbs are not handled by a theme, but by WordPress itself, as it is a standard WordPress function. So if you want to customize/change it, then you would need to search a plugin or hire a freelance developer for this job.
2. Glad it’s solved for now.
Best regards,
