Inside WordPress backend, I don’t see the same things I used to see when I click on Appearance > Widgets.
On the left, there are widget options.
On the right, I used to see blocks or groups of widgets, but they’re no longer visible.

It’s really peculiar because the widgets are displaying properly on the website, it’s just that I don’t have the same user interface to modify the widgets.

    Here’s a possible clue…
At the top of the page there is a link to “Manage in Customizer.”
When I click that link, it doesn’t take me to the Customizer. It takes me to a blank white page with some error message. Here’s the first few lines:
    Edit Add Google Analytics Stats
    Google Analytics Stats

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Google_AuthException’ with message ‘Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: ‘{ “error” : “invalid_grant” }” in /home/smallb19/public_html/microbrewr.com/wp-content/plugins/google-ana…

    Please help thank you.

    Hey Nathan!

We’ll need an admin account to check.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins?

    Cheers!

I updated your user status to Administrator.

While speaking with my web host support, they told me 3 plugins were updated since the time I had last noticed the midgets were working properly. I disabled each of those plugins, but noticed no change for the widgets editor. So I enabled the 3 plugins again.

    Hey!

You have 33 plugins active in total. Please try de-activating all of them. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit

    Cheers!

    Ok, thank you.

I found the culprit. It’s the plugin: Google Analyticator by SumoMe version 6.4.9.6.
All the other plugins are enabled. This plain is deactivated because it is causing the problem.

    Now what do I do?

    Hi!

You can try contacting the plugin author and let them know about this or find a different plugin to use. If your just trying to add google analytics then we already have an option for that in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options.

    Best regards,
    Elliott
