    Hey Guys,

    After some extensive searching I haven’t been able to figure out why my placeholder image does not load on avia layout builder product grids, related products or the product sliders.

    I thought is was maybe a problem with Woocommerece, but after I loaded the free theme Shop front and saw the place holders were loading I knew it had to be a enfold problem. please help me here I don’t know why this would be happening and my client needs to have a place holder available.

    I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you post a screenshot to highlight the problem please? Also please link directly to the page where we can see the issue.

    Thank you for your reply, the image is a screen grab of a page with product grid on it (the link is under the image link)

    as you can see the placeholder image isn’t loading on the products that do not have a product image.

    Any product on the site that doesn’t have a featured image for the product doesn’t load in the product grid. Though in the admin and on the product page the placeholder image loads.

    Please let me know if I’m not clear on anything.
