HI all, i’m new to the site.
I can’t make the logo despite observing the pixel size recommendation.
Error message i get displayed:
An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.I’m using the THEME TEST DRIVE REBORN to run Enfold currently to work on Enfold.

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_PermissionsRegards,
