    I am trying to install some top bar plugins but I can’t find one which is suitable.

    I want to news bar on top of every pages and the text on the bar can be rotated (slider). I found any top bar which only support one message only and some bar is not working with enfold. I have the second menu on top of the logo. And some bar would overlip with it.

    This is not the problem of enfold but I just want to see if there is any recommended plugin to do it?

    Yes. This is almost what I needed. But I need to support multiple message which can be automatically switch to next message (and button) for every few seconds.
