Using Gravity Forms: I am experiencing an issue when adding HTML content to a form using the form builder. The error is You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php on this server. All other features of Gravity are working with the theme. I’ve disabled all plugins and same result. Any ideas?

Is this board the only form of support offered? This is a pressing issue. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

    Hey!

Have you contacted the Gravity Forms plugin assistance?
It seems to be an issue with the plugin and not the theme.

    Hi!

I did contact Gravity first, they had me disable all plugins and change theme and test. It worked at that point. So they instructed me to contact you guys. Do you have any other thoughts on what I can try?

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Please try to switch to a default theme (twentyfifteen etc). See if you can reproduce the issue there. Make sure that the file permission of your WP directory is correct. Refer to this link: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#Permission_Scheme_for_WordPress

    Best regards,
    Ismael
