I am running Enfold on a WordPress Multisite and have cloned the assets for the plugins and theme into a new site within the network but the LayerSliderWP isn’t allowing me to import sliders. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Its also not allowing me to create a slider from scratch.

October 20, 2015 at 2:28 pm #521686Hey!
go into your caching plugin’s settings and switch off caching. Deactivate all your plugins and then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Hope this will help!Cheers!
AndyOctober 27, 2015 at 5:20 am #525317We tried disabling all plugins, clearing the cache, switching off the cache and even the Screen Options isn’t working.
October 28, 2015 at 9:10 am #525944Hi,
Not sure what is going wrong there, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardNovember 1, 2015 at 7:21 pm #528159Yep we have tried that as well. No luck.
November 3, 2015 at 6:08 am #529009Hi!
The ZipArchive php class is disabled. Please ask your hosting provider to enable it.
Cheers!
IsmaelFebruary 13, 2016 at 4:05 am #582602We have installed the ZipArchive class and still no change. Please advise.
February 17, 2016 at 3:35 pm #584777Hi!
very weird, as it is working fine for thousands of customers and I on my end as well. Something must cause it especially on your end. There still might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/. Overwriting theme files might not be enough.
Cheers!
AndyFebruary 17, 2016 at 4:43 pm #584829We have actually rolled back to a previous version of the theme and have gotten everything to work. It doesn’t seem to like working with multiple uses of the theme and plugins within a multi-site environment.
