The tooltips on each camera icon are opening quite a few lines below the icon they’re attached to.
Is this because we have images in the tooltip? Is there any way to fix this?October 17, 2015 at 7:50 am #520384Hi jaimemerz,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Regards,
RikardOctober 21, 2015 at 12:01 am #522086I did, it’s within the private data in my first post.
Here it is again, not private:- This reply was modified 9 years, 1 month ago by jaimemerz.
October 21, 2015 at 10:28 pm #522574Hey!
not sure what you mean as I can’t find any camera icons nor tooltips on the website you have provided. Can you highlight what you mean using screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

AndyOctober 23, 2015 at 12:48 am #523408Here is the issue in pictures:
I hope that helps you understand the issue we are having. We want the tooltips to stop jumping below their respective lines when they load the images inside them. These images are not large so we do not understand why they would load so slowly and effect the tooltip as they are.

October 28, 2015 at 9:01 am #525943Hi,
I’ve never seen that problem before and yes, it seems to be related to images. Looks like it’s positioned fine once the image is loaded but not before, right? I’ve asked the rest of the team to see if someone can figure out what’s going wrong.
Regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2015 at 11:33 pm #529663Any updates?
November 5, 2015 at 6:08 pm #531047Hi!

AndyNovember 5, 2015 at 8:23 pm #531165November 9, 2015 at 12:25 pm #532505Hi!
on the link you have provided I almost can’t see any camera icons and no tooltips are showing up for me at all.
We need to be able to see the issue.Regards,
AndyNovember 10, 2015 at 7:33 pm #533615They are there. Please look at one of my previous posts with a set of pictures that show where the camera icons are supposed to appear. The icons are set to appear as you scroll down the page.
November 12, 2015 at 5:52 pm #534934Hey!
tooltip images are opening fine for me now. Could you fix it?
Best regards,
AndyNovember 12, 2015 at 9:31 pm #535094No, it is not fixed. Here is a gif of the issue as it appears to me:
You will see that the tooltip with the image loads in the wrong place, and then moves up to sit where it is supposed to.
After the image has been loaded once it does not have the issue again.- This reply was modified 9 years ago by jaimemerz.
November 13, 2015 at 2:03 pm #535372Hi!
I can’t really see anything at your gif, because it’s simply too fast, I don’t see any issue at all there. However, I checked your website again and can see what you mean there. How did you implement those tooltip images? did you use any plugin for this function? If not then try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this problem. Are you using any caching plugin? if yes clear cache in it and switch it off, before deactivating the whole caching plugin.
Regards,
AndyNovember 18, 2015 at 9:23 pm #538554We are using the default Enfold tooltip feature for a basic icon. No extra plugins, we just inserted an image using HTML. I’ve already deactivated all the plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue, that is always my first troubleshooting step. We have cleared the cache multiple times and we aren’t using any caching plugin.
November 19, 2015 at 11:25 am #538873Hi!
alright. Thanks for the update. I checked your backend and can see that you are using an old version of the theme. Please upgrade at first to Enfold v3.4.3 and let us know if you still need help with this issue afterwards.
Cheers!
AndyDecember 4, 2015 at 1:07 am #546773I want to make it clear that when I started this thread our site was completely up to date. The fact that I have had to update it twice since starting this thread is very frustrating, as it means we have spent far too much time on this issue and “update the theme” seems to be the only answer you can give me. This sounds very much like the “did you turn it off and on again?” response I get from bad IT support.
I have now updated the theme again. Nothing has changed.
December 4, 2015 at 1:16 am #546777Hi!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
I hope this will help in your case.

AndyDecember 4, 2015 at 7:59 pm #547253Thank you for your answer. I tried that solution but unfortunately it didn’t work. Perhaps the tooltip is just not equipped to handle images?
December 7, 2015 at 6:21 pm #548198Hi!
yes, I think tooltip was not meant for any images, but we would like to investigate further about this issue. I tried to login using information you provided here, but login credentials did not work. Can you check and let us know when we can access you backend again please?
Best regards,
AndyDecember 8, 2015 at 9:27 pm #549233Sorry, we removed the login we original created for you a few weeks ago. I created a new one:
December 9, 2015 at 11:35 am #549606Hi!
please update to Enfold v3.4.6. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins for testing purposes?
By the way: You are using an old version of WordPress. You need to update to the newest version please, and let us know if this helps already.

Andy- This reply was modified 8 years, 11 months ago by Andy.
December 9, 2015 at 9:31 pm #549970No, you are not allowed to deactivate the plugins. We have already done that step and the plugins are not the issue. At this moment, deactivating the plugins could cause issues with settings.
We will update – it did not fix anything.
