Is there a way to add scrolling features like this site has? Scroll down on the home page – the photobooth parallax effect – then later on the rhombus in the middle of the 4 blocks – then later the section that comes out from the left?

Out of the box, currently it is not possible unfortunately. Please feel free to request such feature here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/ or hire a freelance developer if you urgently need it.
You may find a plugin which would help you achieve such effect but unfortunately i am not aware of one that i could recommend.Cheers!
