    Hello,
I would like some help with an issue I’m having with porfolio items sockets please. Whenever the porfolio item data (text, pictures, etc) is long enough to fill at least one page, there is no issue with the socket. But when the portfolio item data doesn’t fill one page on the screen (few lines of text or few pictures), the socket gets really tall. Here is an example of a normal porfolio item socket http://dc0.e8c.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/el-gouna-golf-villa-id-82336/ And here is an example of a very large socket http://dc0.e8c.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/el-gouna-sabina-villa-id-86344/ Both these items were linked from this page with a porfolio grid element http://dc0.e8c.myftpupload.com/buy/
Finally, here is a porfolio item that originally had this problem, but when I filled the rest of the page with a contact form, the problem disappeared http://dc0.e8c.myftpupload.com/portfolio-item/apartment-scarab-club-el-gouna-id-5465/

P.S. I have attached admin login credentials in the private area. Thank you.

    Hi amrman0!

Both links look the same to me. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing? If your on a very large resolution and the page content does not reach the end of the screen then the socket is going to appear that it is not touching the end.

    Cheers!

Hi Elliott and thanks for the quick reply,
Here is a screenshot of the extra large socket from my laptop screen. My PC screen and my digital TV both also show the same problem with the socket when the portfolio item doesn’t fill the page. http://dc0.e8c.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Abnormal-Socket.jpg

    Hey!

Yea, that’s the same thing. It’s because your page does not have enough content to reach the bottom and the background is the same color as the socket background. Can you highlight in your screenshot how your wanting it to display?

We can set it’s position to fixed so it always displaying on the bottom of the screen but if we do this it will also display on top of your content.

    Regards,
    Elliott

But I don’t want it to display on top of my content as well. I think the only solution here then is to fill the page with enough content to reach the bottom, such as with a contact form. Please close this ticket and thanks for the great support.

    Hi,

Yes that would be the easiest option, glad we could help :-)
