    I love this theme so much that I have purchase 2 more licenses for 2 projects I’m working on.

    Unfortunately, both are failing to install.

    Please help.

    Please try installing the theme via FTP manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/

    Yigit,

    I’ve done as you suggested and it still failed to install. However, on difference between the good copy that I have and the two bad copies is that I purchased the bad copies through Themeforest. I got the good copy from kriesti.at.

    What should I do?

    Hey!

    Please post FTP access, WordPress admin logins here privately and upload freshly downloaded enfold.zip file on your server and tell us where so we can install the theme for you.

    Hmmm. I see that either way I get it from Themeforest. Oh well.

    Thanks! Were you able to install it normally or did you have to fix something? If you didn’t have to do anything then I’m curious as to why I was getting a failure. I’m not new to Theme installations.

    So….I shouldn’t have an issue installing the enfold-child theme or my other licensed copy on my other site……If I do have the same issues, I WILL BE BACK!!!
