Add widget strip above the header of my page

I’ve enabled the ‘phone number/extra info’ bar above the header on my website but it’s not showing.
There must be some other element or style that is causing it not to display.

When I inspect the source, I can see that the “phone-info” div is in there, so the content exists but is being hidden somehow.
Any help would be appreciated!
