404 when trying to configure Disqus on blog

Hi guys,

I just installed first the Disqus plugin, then I tried the Disqus Conditional Load plugin on a client’s site and experienced the following error, preventing me from completing setup:

Upon set up a window asks to ‘upgrade database’. I click ok and are instantly redirected on a 404 page. Can’t go on from there.

It’s the first time this occurs on a site I’ve done using Enfold. Can you find out what the issue is?
