Hi,
I’ve got a problem with the Enfold theme. I’ve made a website a couple of months ago. The costumer asked me today to replace a photo of a staff-member. But the page is acting strange: the elements disappearing when i visit the costumize page. Not for the other pages, but only for the contact-page of nijmanbv.nl
I’vd made a screen-video of this problem:

I’vd updated the WP-site (wp&theme) and the problem is on every browser i’ve got on my mac: Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
Can you help me?

Try saving the page as a template in the layout builder and then delete the page and recreate it. Add your elements in piece by piece and keep checking the frontend to see which one is causing the problem.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 4, 2016 at 5:34 pm #559331Hi Supportteam,
Since today, after updating Enfold or WordPress, I’m experiencing a weird problem in my Enfold theme website. When I build a page everything works normal and I can hit publish for saving the changes. After reviewing the page, when I come back and make alterations and hit publish again, some elements are suddenly gone or removed out of their container. When I go to the revisions-section and restore the previous version, they reappear and I can make changes and publish the page and it is saved correctly.
But making new alterations again, suddenly deletes some elements again. I haven’t got a clue what goes wrong. Can you please help me with this?
Thanks in advance!

@maurits_lagendijk It sounds like you have improperly closed/unclosed HTML tags. Please make sure that that is not the case.
If that does not help, please create a new thread and post login credentials in private content field when you launch your website, so we can look into it. Since you are not the creator of this topic, creator of the topic would be able to see your private content field.Cheers!
