    Hello-

Over the last week, we’ve noticed that we can’t update pages on a site. We can access the dashboard, but receive the spinning beach ball in the field we want to edit.

I believe this theme does not use a child theme – any customization is within the wordpress files, unfortunately. We therefore have not updated the theme. The site is currently running on WP 4.3.1.

Could you advise on how best to proceed to resolve the issue?

    Hi LiskaD!

Please go to your plugins directory and rename it to plugins-
let us know if that helps you to login and update the pages!

    Cheers!

    Hi Basilis-
    Thanks for the quick reply!
Which plugins directory are you referring to? I logged into our FTP/wp-content and the plugins folder there is named “plugins” already. Is there something I am missing?

    Thanks,

    Valerie

    Hey!

I’m sorry but you have a very old version of the theme, 2.4.1, which is not compatible with the latest version of WP. Please update the theme to the latest version, 3.3.2. You might find a few changes in the site so you have to reconfigure a few options or create a few pages from scratch. Please update the theme regularly.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
