    Hi Cassia!

Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-menu-item-limit/
If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    #519615

Thank Yigit, but did not solve my problem, what I need is that the pages appear on the menu in the order that I have set them. Privately send login and password.

    Thanks,

Hello, I can log in with that username and password. Did another user credentials.
The user I have to do is a regular user? I access the wordpress dashboard and do you, is it?

    Thank you for your patience,

    cassia Vieira

    Hi!

It’s less to do with the credentials and more to do with getting a 403 upon loading http://gtaseguranca.com.br/wp-login.php.

Do you have any security plugins enabled? If so, please disable them temporarily.

    Best regards,
    Dake

    #521318

    Ok. I desabled the plugins.

    Hi!

I’m still unable to access your backend. Have you tried contacting your host to see if this is an issue on their end?

    Regards,

    Hi!

According to this site – http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/, your website is currently down. Can you please check the link once again?
If you replaced all theme files and removed demo version, such error should not appear.

    Regards,
    Yigit

If you do not mind, please post FTP credentials here as well and upload the latest version of enfold.zip on your server and tell us where, just in case we need to re-install the theme :)

    Hi!

I can’t access your ftp account. Make sure login credentials are correct.

Try to delete all theme files via FTP by yourself and afterwards install the fresh copy from your themeforest account.

    Regards,
    Andy

    Hi!

seeing “Enfold(shared on wplocker.com)” in your backend is an interesting thing.
As already said: please completely delete all theme files via ftp and then install a fresh copy from your themeforest account by yourself. Let us know when you are done with it.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi!

Can you please update the theme manually via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? You are currently using an older version of the theme.

    Regards,
    Yigit

    #543464

Hello, Already updated the theme. They can help with the menu now?
    Thanks, cassia Vieira

    #545112

    Hey!

make sure to choose the specific menu you want to edit in Aparencia->Menus->”Selecionar um menu para editar:”.
You are using a caching plugin, which might cause the issue. Go into you caching plugin’s settings and choose to swtich off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins, to check if one is causing this issue. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

    Cheers!
    Andy
