Header widget inactive

Hello,
on site http://test.auto4x4.cz I added the code posted in http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

And got the leaderboard advert to show in my header.

However you can’t click on it. Nothing happens…how do I make it clickable?
