I’m having issues after changing the font color of my Special header. To any moderator: please try these steps to see what I am talking about.
You’ll need a sample pdf and sample large DARK (preferably wide) pic within your media to duplicate my problem (as well as the most recent versions of WP and Enfold):
Create a new page:
Using Advanced Editor:
1. Insert a 1/1 Section
Add a Text block.
Place the Text Block in the 1/1 Section
Edit the text block>
Click “Insert Media”, and choose your sample PDF,
Leave ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS” as Link to Media File
Save.2. Insert a Color Section
Edit>
Click Section Background Tab
Insert any image
For Background Attachment, change from “Scroll” to “Fixed”.
Leave all other defaults, Save.
Add a Special Heading.
Place the Special Heading in the Color Section.
Edit the Special Heading>
Leave the default “Hello” text as is.
Change Heading Type to H1, change Style to Centered
Save.Click UPDATE to save the page. —Everything up until this point is okay…BUT
NOW:
EDIT the Special Heading (The “Hello” box).
Click the “Colors tab”
For Heading Color, select “Custom”
Select any new color (I used #9b9b9b)Click UPDATE – I get a FORBIDDEN ERROR. The page does not save. It’s important that I can change the font color in the special heading.
Will you please try this and see if you get the same error when replicated?
My WP and Enfold is updated. No plugins are activated.- This topic was modified 9 years, 1 month ago by mbroooshkey.

So your getting a forbidden error when trying to update the page? Can you send us a WordPress login? Make sure Enfold is the latest version, 3.3.2, and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.

ElliottOctober 5, 2015 at 6:17 pm #513977I was hoping you could try this in a test bank account of your own if possible. I know I am getting the error and hoped it would be repeated on a separate account. I’ll get the creds for a support login if necessary, but am really hoping you can try it on your own account. I have two separate domains where this is occurring.
As I mentioned, yes I am running the most recent versions of both Enfold an WP, and that deactivated all plugins.
October 5, 2015 at 6:43 pm #513996Hey!
I’m pretty sure it’s not an issue with the theme but with your server. Have you contacted your hosting provider? I went ahead and checked on my site but could not reproduce it.
Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,

October 6, 2015 at 1:12 pm #514363Hey!
I followed all your steps from your first post and could not reproduce the issue. I can change the color just fine. However, I can see the error on your end. I am pretty sure it has something to do with your server. Let us know what you host says about it.
Cheers!
