Hi – purchased Enfold theme this morning and installed it at http://www.gillettcladding.co.uk – although I can log into the wordpress admin area, I just get a blank white page at http://www.gillettcladding.co.uk , and the theme options within the admin area do no show at all.
October 2, 2015 at 1:54 pm #512797Hi leegillett!
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
YigitOctober 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm #512800Thanks Yigit. I have just asked them and await their response. I suspect this will not be possible on a shared hosting system such as the one I use though.
October 2, 2015 at 2:03 pm #512803Hi!
If that does not help, please let us know and we will assist you further.
We will keep the thread open and wait to hear from you :)Regards,
YigitOctober 2, 2015 at 3:24 pm #512862Hi Yigit
Answer from my hosting company is as expected: “Hello Lee. Shared hosting is not configurable, as resources are pooled between all customers. As such, resources are not fixed, but can fluctuate depending on the number of sites using the resources, especially at peak times. If you want to modify server settings, install additional modules, or allocate more resources to your site(s), then you need to upgrade your account to a VPS or Dedicated Server, and move the site and any associated services (databases, email etc) to that so that it will not impact any other customers.”
Anything else we can do?
Thanks for your help.
October 2, 2015 at 3:43 pm #512873Hey!
Do you mind posting FTP access here privately so we can check if issue is caused by something else?

YigitOctober 2, 2015 at 4:02 pm #512882OK – done!
October 2, 2015 at 4:08 pm #512889Hey!
I am currently getting “Internal Server Error” on your website. Can you please check in with your hosting company?
Cheers!
YigitOctober 2, 2015 at 4:16 pm #512894Hmm that’s strange. Couldn’t have been caused by anything you did I guess Yigit? :-). I have asked the hosting company to investigate for me and will get back to you asap. Thanks
October 2, 2015 at 4:34 pm #512901Hi!
I do not think so. I only turned on debugging mode – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG and went to check your site and saw the error and then i undid the changes :)
