Mobile menu help required

Hi there,
On my site meaby.co.uk, on ipad, the menu doesn’t collapse into mobile icon, and as such, the menu text and logo overlap. How can this be prevented?
Also, I am using the menu as a mega menu. On iphone, the menu icon shows and when you click on it, next to each menu item is a small arrow to show you can click on it. However, this small arrow also shows next to the images, which can’t be clicked on.
I am wondering, can I either remove this arrow from mobile menu image sections, or can I make the image a link?
