Back end not loading

Hi

I am having problems with the back end of the site. When i click onto a page, the place where the content usually loads, there is just a pre-loading symbol that keeps going round and round. When i go into theme settings the menu down the left doesn’t load so i am unable to access general styling or any other enfold menu items. The problem is occurring on both mac and windows, on all user accounts. ill provide details so you can take a look.
