Hi,
Thanks for a great theme.We have had this problem for a while:
When adding a new Special Heading to an exiting page, a lot of the content on that page disappears.
We have tried a lot.
– PHP memory limit is not the problem.
– We are using the latest version of WP and Enfold
– It doesnt seem that any plug-ins are causing the problem
– All tags should be closed (we have only used html codes very limited).Any idea what to do? I really hope u can help since we cant change/optimize ur site at the moment. See link in private content.

October 3, 2015 at 9:02 pm #513209Hey!
activate W3 Total Cache Plugin again and go into its settings. Choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate W3 Total Caching plugin and all other plugins too. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

AndyOctober 8, 2015 at 8:45 am #515619Hmm.. Tried it a few times and on different computers as well – but it didnt work.
I have no idea what to do now – its really annoying that we cant edit the site.October 9, 2015 at 8:38 am #516215Hey!
I was able to reproduce the issue on the page but I’m not sure what’s causing it. I checked the first text block and there’s an empty strong tag:
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Uddannelsesforløbet finder sted i Aarhus</strong><strong> </strong><strong>d. 9. november - 18. december & d. 7. december - 29. januar</strong></p>
Please check the whole page for any incorrect html tags. Is this happening on other pages?
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 9, 2015 at 9:50 am #516273Hi Ismael,
Thanks a lot for trying.
Yes, this is happening on other pages as well.But I’ve just noticed something.
If I change the “Padding Bottom” on the exiting Special Headings to 0 – the issue doesn’t occur.It might be the Quick CSS thats interfering.
In the Quick CSS we have the following:h1 { font-size: 22px;
margin-bottom: 8px;
}.template-page .entry-content-wrapper h1, .template-page .entry-content-wrapper h2{
text-transform: none;
}.logo img {
padding: 10px;
}
{.newsbox .news-thumb, .newsbox .news-time}What do u think of this?
Again – thanks for your help!October 9, 2015 at 10:56 am #516298Hi!
Hm, i don’t think Quick CSS may be the culprit of the issue, do you have access to your error logs? have you checked them?
Best regards,
JosueOctober 9, 2015 at 1:08 pm #516403Hi Josue,
No, sorry – I don’t have the error logs.
But I was wrong about the “Padding Bottom” – I just have to open the existing Special headings and press save.
Then everything is fine – but I have no idea whats causing the problem in the first place.October 12, 2015 at 12:29 pm #517300Hey!
maybe a plugin was causing this issue. However, glad you could find a solution for it. Let us know in a new ticket, if you have some more questions or issues related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Regards,
Andy -
