Hello, I recently moved my WP install to a new host and the admin bar across the top went away when we view the site.
I’ve checked my user settings and the “view tool bar” box is ticked, I’ve also checked the header.php and footer.php file to see if wp_header() and wp_footer() are in the right places respectively, which they appear to be, but the admin tool bar still is not displaying. It was previously showing before we moved it to a new server, and nothing has really changed (no new plugin’s, etc.)
Any suggestion as to what may have gone wonky?

Hey Mike,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
We’re getting ready to point our domain at the site once we work out a few last minute things, so for now the site is hosted at a temporary IP address at our hosting provider SiteGround. You may need to drop this IP into your hosts file to view the site as we’ve had to do, I’ve included the IP in the private content area.
Hi,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Please try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
Best regards,
Rikard
Here you go.
Just a heads up that the login will redirect to our IP address for some reason, we’re working with out host to resolve this.
Hi,
That cookie law thing is blocking it, if you click accept to hide it you will see it.
Best regards,
Rikard
Wow, a smacks forehead moment. Thanks Rikard.
