Thank you for the info. The memory limit is set to 64M which is not sufficient for an installation with the advance layout builder. Please ask your hosting provider to increase it to at least 256M. Or you can increase it manually: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

The builder works fine when I edit the page (http://www.corsidiballoonline.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3607&action=edit). Did you add any html codes prior to the issue? Please make sure that you close them properly.

Thanks for the video, an error like that is likely not caused by the theme but by the the connection you’re trying to make is failing. The reasons for this could be many but it happens to me all the time while working on/browsing the net. You could contact your hosting provide about it but I don’t think there’s much they can do about it unfortunately.
