Hello, starting today and without making any change all dynamic elements are no more visible in the frontend of my site (made with Enfold theme): easy slider, blog page and many other elements disappeared All you can see looking from the frontend is just a white space… :(
All the images, icons, and everything else is in its place in the folder media and in the backend. This happens both when I visit the site from pc and by mobile.
Anyone can help?September 29, 2015 at 10:22 am #510651October 8, 2015 at 5:54 pm #516028Hi Ygit. Please find in my post (Private Content) the link to my website.
This is the second time that all dynamic elements disappear.
The first time I solved updating the theme to the last version but this time this is not working….
So I updated to the latest version of WordPress but nothing happened. Then I repaired the permissions on the ftp files, I deactivated all the plugins but nothing gave us a result. So now I do not know what I have to do.
Can you please help me?
Thank you!October 9, 2015 at 9:08 am #516238Hi,
You are getting some JavaScript errors on the page, you said you tried deactivating all plugins so I would suggest you try to overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardOctober 29, 2015 at 6:21 pm #527058Hi, I followed your instruction and I replaced the theme with a fresh copy and the website was ok.
This was about 20 days ago. Today I have the same problem and I discover that a friend of mine that use the same theme have the same problems today.
Both websites are hosted on Aruba, is possible that the corruption of file is caused from the server?
Do you know how I can solve definitely.P.S.: even the other site have the last wp and the last theme version, they have just tried to deactivate all the plugin but like in my case nothing change.
P.P.S.: You know what they say: once may be a case, not two ;)October 31, 2015 at 11:22 pm #528004Hi!
Did you manage to fix it? i’m not noting any visible issues on the site you posted.
Best regards,
Josue -
