September 28, 2015 at 3:46 pm #510194Hey midischool!
Does it do the same in the default theme? If so then deactivate all of your plugins except Woocommerce to see if they are causing issues. If not then try contacting Woocommerce support to see figure out what’s going on.
Cheers!

Also, if it’s only happening on a certain product then try deleting / recreating the product.

ElliottSeptember 28, 2015 at 9:56 pm #510417Its happening on every product across the whole site, on all existing products
If i create a brand new product there is no option to create attributes, its on the menu on the left as per the image above but there is no fields at all.
“I tried it in default theme”, Same
“Deactivate all of your plugins except Woocommerce”, Same

JosueSeptember 29, 2015 at 2:39 am #510506Yes , i just found it its a plugin we use called “gravity forms styler” i turned it off and woo commerce started working,
Its a shame as i use it to style an email sign up we use, i made the product changes i needed while it was turned off and then turned it back on.
Not ideal and ill have to find another plugin to style the email sign up form but at least for now, i can turn it on and off.
I have not fully tested all of woo commerce and the payment sections of the site, so it may be doing other issues that i have not found yet,You recommend any gravity forms styler plugs ins?
Ill to do some testing..
Thanks for lookingSeptember 29, 2015 at 6:55 am #510554Hi!
Try to manual style it, the less plugins you use, the better for you.
Let us know if we can assist any other way. Thanks a lot
