    Hi,
I’ve used Enfold many times before and haven’t had this problem, so I’m lost as to how to fix it.

The home page is mostly columns, which are not rearranging on mobile view. Instead, they are still aligned next to each other, the text is all smashed in tight – it looks horrible and very unprofessional.

Also, on mobile, the framed text doesn’t work right either. The text extends outside the frame.

At the top, I’d like the column of text in the top image to be centered on mobile.

All in all, the home page is completely out of wack on mobile. I’m hoping you have some ideas on how to fix? This is a client site and needless to say, I need to get this figured out. :)

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

Yes – I guess I should have mentioned that to avoid waiting for response only to ask me that – sorry about that.

Deactivating all plugins had no effect.

The columns where the books are all out of alignment. A couple will stack on top of each other, but they aren’t centered, which looks ugly. Then some are showing a very small image, when all the images of books for that section are the same size. Sometimes it squishes columns together – looks terrible.

The blog grid is not stacking at all on mobile. It’s squishing all four columns together in the same row on mobile, which makes it difficult to read – and unprofessional looking.

The buttons for the Explore the Ships and Meet Mark sections don’t work on mobile. At times, the Meet Mark button works, but not always, and the other one does not work on mobile.

This is an awesome theme, but I’m concerned I’m having problems with it’s responsiveness. Is there a setting I missed somewhere, something dumb I did? How can we get this fixed?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

can you provide us screenshots of the issue please? so we get a clear idea of what you are talking about. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.
You have used W3 Total Cache plugin. Activate it again, go into it’s settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Then check again.

    Cheers!

That seems to have worked – THANK YOU! I had deactivated all the plugins before with no effect, but this process helped. It was the SEO plugin that was causing the issues! I’m soooo glad! I love Enfold – and your support. :)
