Catalog Visibility requires that the before_shop_loop_item action be triggered before a shop loop item. It also requires that the add to cart button is added using the standard woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item -> woocommerce_template_loop_add_to_cart method.
Can you look into the theme files and maybe issue a quick patch. I require this plugin for my website.
This plugin Catalog Visibility works correctly in the theme twenty-twelve but not with enfold.The information above I received from the author of the plugin.If you could please provide a quick fix, as we sell products under a distributor and the add to cart button cannot be visible with call for pricing at the category level. This works correctly at the product level as the add to cart does not show to users not logged in.

I’m sorry but we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. If you want to modify the theme’s woocommerce configuration, edit the config-woocommerce > config.php file.

I had the same issue and reached out to WooCommerce support. They fixed the problem for Kriesi’s Enfold theme and released an update 2.7.0 for the Catalog Visibility Options plugin.
Hope that resolves the issue for you as well.
