    hi,

after updating the whole page (DE / IT / EN) to the current version (I always try to keep the site up-to-date with latest updates), the pages are showing some greater problems in visualization of the layered slider on the frontpage. the german (primary page) seems to run nearly OK – there’re only a few minor issues to resolve. but having a look at the other both shows another situation. only the text ist displayed, images and background is missing. further scrolling down there pictures aren’t shown, too.

could you offer any assistance to get this issues fixed?

the page is running on the latest wordpress version.

    thx,
    manuel

    Hi,

Not sure what’s going on there, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    hoi Rikard,

    thanks for your input.

I tried but failed – nothing changed after uploading the theme via FTP. any further idea?

    Hi!

I checked the other languages in the site and it looks OK. The images are there including the layer sliders and the background. It must be a cache issue.

    hi Ismael,

thanks for having a look on it.
actually it seems to be running. after I copied the regarding modules and cleaned the cache in both other languages the layered slider appeared again. only the intro seems to be streched and one layer won’t be shown – when you have a deeper look into the layered slider module you can see the preview of the whole slider which is displayed slightliy different.

    Hey Manuel,

Not sure if you need any more help on this? If clearing the cache worked partially there’s most likely some left causing problems. Please let us know if you should need any more help.

    Hi Guys!
the problem seems still unsolved on the website. the first slider doesn’t look how it should. when going through the page, layerslider WP starts automatically (what it should) – but the first slider seems to be stretched and the animation doesn’t shows all implemented items. when the show starts in the second loop, everything looks great.

In the meantime I updated layerslider WP to its latest stable version. I tried to change slider / picture / animation … the problem is always still the same – first picture shows stretched.

    Thanks for your support.

    Hey!

I’m sorry for the delay. I checked the site on every language version but we can’t reproduce the issue. The slider looks the same on every language. Could you please provide a screenshot so that we can have a better understanding of the problem? Use imgur or dropbox.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hey!

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

Try to delete the layer in question and rebuilt it afterwards.

    Best regards,
    Andy
