    I tried installing the enfold theme, I’ve tried both the Full version and WP Only version

    But keep getting an error message

    Error message:
    White box – nothing else on screen
    “Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please Try Again”

    I click try again and still does the same thing

    I’ve noticed others have had this same problem, but can not see how to resolve this, please can someone help

    Hi lynettebrown!

    Are you using the latest version of Enfold, 3.3.2? Make sure to deactivate all plugins while testing as well.

    Hi Elliott

    I’ve deactivated all the plugins, we purchase the theme last night so I would think it would be the latest version, but not sure how to check that,

    It’s still doing the same thing with the plugins off

    any other ideas?
