Dear Kriesi Support Team,
I set easy slider for my homepage but image is scaled very large even i choose no scale or any size of image. You can check the homepage with link in private content section
Pls help me to solve this problem

It looks like you have been editing the image sizes in the functions.php file. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Activate the parent theme instead of your child theme.
3. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having trouble after doing the above three steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

Just the parent theme and then activate it instead of the child to see if the problem is in your child theme.

ElliottI did it and both child theme and parent have same result, so now i will delete parent theme and install it again. If error is not fixed, i will send you wordpress login

Ok I think I see now. The images your using are 450 x 300 correct? The easy slider is going to take up the full width of it’s container so if you use it in a color section the images will then be upscaled so their width fits the container and their height will be automatic so they display very big. It would be best to upload some larger images to use or if you want to continue using those small images then consider adding two 1/2 + 1/2 columns to the color section and add an easy slider inside each.

Even i don’t use the container the images are also so big. I see and do all steps according to your guide on documentation file and the slider image so perfect. In addition, any size from the dropdown menu gives the same result. So i think that there is an error with the theme.

Are you sure? I checked your page again but I do not see the 1/2 + 1/2 column elements.
The reason they are so big is because the images you are using are small (450 x 300) and they are being upscaled to fit the color section container. I know it sounds ironic but if you upload some bigger images to use then they will display how your wanting. Or if you use the image element instead of the easy slider then you’ll see they display fine.

It looks a lot better now. Clear your browser cache.
Also, you can use a 3/5 column if you only want to display one easy slider there. Just drag it to your color section and then drag the easy slider into it and you’ll see it will look a lot better.

I found the solution. It’s so easy. The slider image must be the same size as the container, or bigger.
