Hi caudergo!
We are testing the newest versions of the plugin with Enfold and then updating inside our theme with each Enfold updates. If you would like to receive auto-updates, you are going to need to purchase it and install it as a standalone plugin. If you would like to do so, please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/deactivate-the-layerslider-plugin/
