When the “Fullwidth Sub Menu” is used in the body of a page, all code following that element seems to be broken, removing all body formatting until just before the footer. When the menu is moved to the end of the body of a page, the formatting preceding it remains. We upgraded to the latest version of Enfold (3.3.2), but the issue was not resolved.
Thanks
September 11, 2015 at 8:05 am #501458Hey USFSP,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. You could try to recreate the page in question to see if that helps.

September 14, 2015 at 3:17 pm #502799Hi!
I am getting “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.” when i try to login to your website. Can you please check it?
Best regards,

I am really sorry but I forgot that you can’t access our admin panel without having access to our VPN, and I am not allowed to give that to you or any one who is not full time faculty or staff at our university.
I will not be able to give you admin access to our site. Please let me know if you are able to trouble shoot the problem without having access to our admin panel. I guess you should be able to reproduce this issue with any other Enfold 3.3.2 and WordPress 4.3.
Thanks
September 14, 2015 at 3:52 pm #502854Hey!
If you can, please create a testing environment and move your existing website to it and post login credentials there if possible. You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/
If you are not allowed to do that either, please post a screenshot of your page from backend and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that help. Without having an access, it would be kind of a shot in the dark, but let us try :)

I will try to do that, but it will not be exactly the same because the site having the issue is just one of many under a multi-site WordPress installation so I will not be able to reproduce the same environment. I will let you know if I am able to do that.
Thanks,
Edgardo
