    Hi!

    I want to be able to put custom items on a submenu that opens in a new window, it’s links to pdf files.

    Is that possible ?

    Hi Paul!

    When viewing the menu administration page, click on Screen Options (top right), and check the box labelled Link Target under the Show advanced menu properties heading.

    Now select the appropriate target for your custom link.

    Thanx Basil, i can do the custom menu and link target. the thing i can’t figure out is how to have them open on a new page instead of the existing. ?

    Once you enable link target, you can edit your menu item and choose to open them in new window – http://i.imgur.com/AB0Vi8t.png

    Thanx! I’m using existing submenus as i have multiple pages who use the same submenus. But if i really need i now know how to do it. Thanx!
